Any social setup which manages its conduct by observing moral values and norms, and practicing the principles of religion deserves to be admitted as a civilized society.

Corruption as a low-valued practice, moral degeneration and inhuman value has become a talk of town even in the third world countries. The menace of corruption has assumed chronic and endemic status.
